Fireflies in her golden braid
Stars on dainty fingertips
Where she steps, it turns to snowy clouds
Every breath, a gentle sea breeze
Her eyes direct comets across the sky,
Where tender lips kiss begins a rainbow.
Slingshot around the glowing moon
Ballet tiptoes across the Milky Way
Playing hula hoops with Saturn’s rings
Jupiter’s moons envy her grace and style
She’s truly the universe’ only child.
Today is the 27th day of the OctPoWriMo Poetry Writing Challenge 2015.
The prompt today was to write something whimsical 🙂
Hope you enjoyed it. Let me know what you think!
